Our dementia services safeguard your loved one’s interest and needs with wide range of social and creative person-centred activities, from varieties of creative sessions and fully supervised outdoor trips to promote mental stimulations and physical wellbeing. Our respite dementia care supports service users to interact and engage with various activities plan that are designed based on their choices assessment.
